We conduct shadowing sessions and planning discussions to pinpoint their pain points and draw up a comprehensive digitalization strategy over the next 12 months. This allows us to make a bigger impact on operations through deep understanding, rather than only catering to explicit requests.

With these principles in mind, we have made significant inroads on our digitalization journey. On the operations side, we are optimizing workflows using in-house developed Low-Code/No-Code App and automated pipelines. This allows us to streamline processes rapidly without extensive investment and coding.

For customers, we are employing conversational AI and generative AI to deliver 24/7 support and enhanced self-service options across digital channels. Using natural language processing, we also gain more granular passenger insights from unstructured survey feedback.

Another major ongoing project focuses on Smart Aircraft Inspection, utilizing remote collaboration tools, virtual reality, and AI to improve efficiency, accuracy, and paperwork reduction. We are also leveraging cloud platforms to centralize data and power automated workflows.
