Defence iQ offers press credentials to qualified members of the media, on a case by case basis. All press must be registered and authorized at least 10 days prior to the first day of the conference.

As agreement to attend the event on an accredited press pass, the undersigned member of the press agrees to:
1. Upon arrival, present proper identification (passport or driver’s license and your business card) and this signed press form to the registration desk.
2. Make no video or audio recording of the event unless agreed with the Defence iQ staff, or of any conversations within the conference rooms unless prior consent from the speakers or delegates in question is granted.
3. Identify oneself as press when speaking to presenters or attendees and ensure press badge is visible throughout the entire conference.
4. Dress in smart attire.
5. Immediately excuse oneself from a particular presentation if speakers, chair, or staff so request.
6. Cite all and any information for articles sourced from the event with both the name of the conference and company [“Event name”, Defence iQ].
7.Backlink any of your articles which will be housed online to the event website ‘Resource Centre’ landing page. I.e. https://www.defenceiq.com/events-internationalfighter
8. Not identify any attendee by name, explicitly or implicitly, regarding what has been said at the event, unless expressed permission from the attributed source is properly obtained, as per Chatham House Rule.
9. Offer the right of reply to all speakers and companies referred to in your articles.
10. Allow IQPC the right to disseminate any editorial output sourced from attendance at the conference, within one week of the article’s initial publication.
11. Not circulate the list of attendees.
12. Respect the wishes of staff, speakers, and attendees at the conference.
Social media reportage of the event is encouraged, providing this reportage does not otherwise violate any of the above terms. If the official event website address can be cited or linked within the reportage, this would of course be appreciated.
If a pass is allocated, this will allow access into conference sessions and networking breaks only (not workshop days), unless otherwise agreed by Defence iQ. Defence iQ reserves the right to refuse any submissions for press passes without prior explanation, and to eject any registered attendees if Defence iQ staff deems this to be necessary.
