CAE is a global training and mission system integration leader for defense and security. Its immersive training solutions help aerospace and defense personnel hone their skills and keep them focused and aware of their surroundings, accentuating their ability to identify, process, and understand the information before dealing with a situation.

“We want to make the world safer by revolutionizing our customers’ training and critical operations through digitally immersive solutions,” states France Hébert, VP and general manager of defense and security Canada at CAE.

CAE, Canada’s largest home-grown high-tech defense company, excels in providing comprehensive, immersive simulated training and mission and operational support solutions (M&OS) to the Canadian Armed Forces and other civil aviation, defense and security, and healthcare clients. It delivers real-life simulations and tools to develop and enhance missioncritical cognitive skills, allowing the personnel to master the skills needed to operate safely while minimizing the use of resources.

During the training process, cadets are accustomed to using the best tools in the market, paying particular attention to the devices that can help personnel prepare for professional work. A range of simulation-based capabilities spanning air, maritime, land, cyber, space, and public safety segments prepare individuals for high-intensity situations. These capabilities make CAE the partner of choice for customers worldwide who operate in complex, high stake, and largely regulated environments where successful outcomes are critical.

The most important advantage of training support is that trainees can use the personal credentials provided by CAE to access any recognized training center, even for future type rating or recurrent training certifications. CAE also supports basic and advanced training for every Canadian military pilot and trains all future aviators entering the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Army, and the U.S. Navy.

An exemplary approach to enhance its innovative training technologies emphasizes CAE’s capabilities. Leveraging the everchanging technologies and services, CAE is testing new technologies to automate military aviation training. CAE also monitors potential cadets’ training data for better and more efficient training outcomes. This enables the cadet to have a more personalized training session to focus on the shortcomings and increase their competency level. CAE, with continued emphasis on training and simulation, is implementing solutions that address military training challenges and mission support in multidomain operations through digital technologies.

Training and simulation are core competencies for CAE, but a comprehensive analytics and systems engineering portfolio is also available across battlespace domains. CAE has regional operations in Canada, the UK and Europe, the Middle East, Indo- Pacific, and the Americas, serving governments and international customers. These operations offer full capabilities and solutions to their local markets.

Founded by Ken Patrick, an ex-Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) officer, CAE always pursues the noble mission of elevating safety worldwide. Leaning on its 75 years of experience, it has churned out numerous cadets operating across the nation. Propelled by these competencies, CAE is working closely with the Canadian federal and provincial governments to build new industrial capabilities and expand domestic North American and export markets for Canadian aerospace offerings.

MONTREAL - (NYSE: CAE) (TSX: CAE) - On this International Women's Day, CAE is proud to announce that it has attained Gold-level gender parity certification by Women in Governance, an organization that supports women in their career advancement, leadership development, and ambitions to serve on Boards. "Diversity, equity and inclusion are embedded in CAE's values and strategy," said Marc Parent, CAE's President and CEO. "We are proud of this recognition of the work we are doing to build a company that is more open, progressive and people-centric, and improving access to positions of influence and leadership by women and other underrepresented groups." Women at CAE thrive, and they are continually supported by internal Employee Resource Groups and initiatives such as the Professional Women's Network and LIFT (women in aviation and technologies). By striving to eliminate barriers, these groups encourage the advancement of women within the company and support their individual successes. Women at CAE also have access to such development programs as DARE and The A Effect, which aim to equip, connect, and inspire women to take the lead and ownership of their career. "At CAE, we are creating a workplace where all employees can feel accepted, included and valued for who they are, and where they can thrive," said Pascale Alpha, CAE's Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, who was recently named one of Canada's Top 10 Diversity & Inclusion leaders by Manage HR Magazine.
