The history of GRUPO VPA dates back to 1907 in Canicosa de la Sierra (Burgos) with a sawmill that supplied wood to the military construction service for rebuilding devastated regions. In 1956, the company expanded to Valladolid, incorporating a warehouse and carpentry shop. The business continued to evolve under the leadership of the founder’s son, venturing into manufacturing packaging for the automotive sector in 1977. The year 2000 marked a significant diversification toward greater value-added markets, capitalizing on Spain’s industrial growth to solidify its presence locally, nationally, and internationally. Since 2008, GRUPO VPA has cemented its leadership in various global economic sectors, offering bespoke solutions and high-quality products.
