Artel offers secure network communication services to federal entities in the United States. "We are committed to delivering state-of-the-art technology solutions to the US Government," said Ed Spitler, Head of Satcoms Programs at Artel. "The Rivada constellation brings a new level of security, performance, and global reach that will enable our customers to expand their current networks and address new market opportunities. We are excited to partner with RSN to provide the next generation of secure connectivity." Rivada Space Networks (RSN) and Artel signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) to deliver low earth orbit (LEO) constellations to the government sector, bringing a new level of high security and low latency satellite communications. Artel LLC offers secure network communication services to federal entities in the United States. Artel is a carrier-agnostic network integrator based in the United States that provides cost-effective, timely delivery of global terrestrial plus satellite network communication services, risk management, cyber security, and information technology solutions. Check Out This:  Network Infrastructure Magazine Rivada's pioneering LEO constellation will provide access to a secure satellite network with pole-to-pole reach and end-to-end latencies comparable to or better than terrestrial fiber. The RSN satellite architecture combines inter-satellite laser links with powerful onboard data routers to establish an optical mesh network in space. By routing traffic on a physically separated network, this solution to "orbital networking" creates a highly secure data network, adding a layer of security for any company that wants to securely share data over great distances. It is a one-of-a-kind capacity for operations in the government services, enterprise, telecommunications, maritime, and energy sectors. Declan Ganley, CEO of Rivada Space Networks, said: "Rivada has a long history of providing mission-critical communications, including deploying an emergency network for first responders in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana. Now with the advanced capabilities of our LEO satellite constellation, where data travels through space alone, we are building something unique called the 'OuterNET.' This new private network will provide ultra-secure, highly reliable low, latency communications anywhere globally. And with our manufacturing and launch-services agreements in place, we are moving ahead at full speed to provide our partners with our ground-breaking constellation." Artel is already deploying first-generation LEO constellations to provide secure communications for the government. Artel will now collaborate with Rivada to ensure the newest innovation in secure space architecture is accessible for mission-essential connectivity in anticipation of the US Government's desire to employ sophisticated LEO technologies. ...Read more
