In that period, the Reston, VA based firm built some of the largest wireless mobility network platform for its clients in the U.S. The company leverages cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure to create a comprehensive wireless mobility workforce. “We envision that there is a progressive future of wireless networks over the traditional wired channels as it can significantly cut down the operational and deployment costs of the electronics,” says Jinnah. The firm assists its clients in reducing the cost of labors, cables, patch paddles, and switches through deploying wireless mobility networks which enables them to stay nimble and seamlessly continually work towards their organization’s goals.

Synaptek’s service portfolio includes four key areas— Systems Integration, Application Development, Operations Support, and Program Management. Jinnah delineates that security and losing machine data remain as the key concerns for organizations while deploying wireless mobile platform and moving to the cloud. Therefore, Synaptek renders a user authentication portfolio to ensure that the individual data is end-to-end encrypted and safe to process. Also, before deploying any wireless service, the company examines the requirements of customers and then implements functions that aptly fit their core objectives and need of their IT infrastructure.

During the deployment process, the firm initiates with a high-level design document and then gradually budges to low-level design. In the high-level design, the core objectives of its clients are analyzed such as reduction of wired cables and patches or the operational and maintenance costs. Once the detailing of high-level design is done, Synaptek progressively pushes to the low-level design where it evaluates the requirements of deploying the new services. Here, the company examines the appropriate port level diagrams and cloud service that matches its client’s goals. After each of these iterations, Synaptek finally renders a ‘final low-level design document’ that acts as a blueprint for the IT teams which they just have to leverage and execute.

Over the years, Synaptek’s services have played a quintessential role in modernizing the existing IT infrastructure in Biomedical Research, Health Sciences, Healthcare, and Defense sectors. In one of the projects, Synaptek assisted Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), one of the supporting agencies of United States Department of Defense to consolidate their separate operating network for each division. DLA understood that the existing system was not so cost-efficient and integrating all the processes will render better results when compared to separate networks for each process. To address this issue, DLA approached Synaptek and the firm developed a single integrated system for accessing the different channels in a very cost-efficient and secure manner.

Jinnah speaks that over the last few years the use of mobility devices has proliferated and in future has more incredible days ahead.
