Talentscale embraces its socio-economic status of being a Small Business Administration (SBA)-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); it has been delivering high quality services in the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) spaces for nearly 14 years. The company has extensive experience working on aircraft maintenance and integration projects in support of companies like Sierra Nevada Corporation, Amentum, BAE Systems, Scaled Composites, SpaceX, and Virgin Galactic. Doug Poldrugo, Founder & CEO of Talentscale, served as a United States Marine until 1997. After serving his country, he continued to support the military when he joined Aerotek and supported their technical staffing offering supporting military agencies.
In his 12-year tenure there, he served initially as a Recruiter and as a Director of Business Operations (DBO). His efforts at Aerotek allowed him to expand touch labor services within the aviation and aerospace communities. Understanding that there was a niche providing high quality touch labor services to military agencies, Doug started Talentscale in August 2008 out of his home in Temecula, CA with a sole mission to employ Veterans of the US Armed Forces and continue to support military agencies.
Aaron Gill; Talentscale, Inc. Vice President of Aircraft Services & ProgramsAs a proven CLS/MRO staff augmentation services provider, the company has recently secured two prime contracts supporting the DoD. Talentscale’s strategic vision is to leverage Veterans with proven experience and build a leadership/executive staff and continue to shape the company to meet the business and technical demands in the aviation and aerospace markets and touch labor offering. In May of 2020, Talentscale was awarded one of 42 prime small business contracts to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract (MAC) titled Kits, Recovery, Augmentation, Components and Engines (KRACEn). KRACEn is a $6B, 10-year prime contract where the company will be competing for task orders within the NAVAIR community. Additionally, in the summer of 2021, Talentscale was awarded a prime contract supporting an IDIQ MAC on Seaport Next Generation (NxG) by Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Talentscale is confident that it can use its augmentation abilities to complete task orders with ultra-high efficiency. As we can observe, Talentscale’s business trajectory is going only upward and showing no signs of slowing down in achieving their strategic milestones as a prime contractor delivering high quality services to their clients.
