While not required for every application, ACT maintains the equipment, engineering expertise, and established processes needed to execute this testing when required. Design verification testing evaluates performance across demanding electrical and environmental conditions, helping verify reliability before deployment.
Complex custom projects often reveal the strength of that approach. A recent maritime program required a replacement power solution that could improve operational readiness while meeting demanding military requirements. ACT developed a multikilowatt AC-DC solution from the ground up, completed prototype development, achieved qualification, and reached full-rate production in less than three years. Close collaboration between customer and supplier helped remove obstacles, solve technical challenges, and maintain focus on mission objectives throughout the project.
