FREMONT, CA: Sagetech Avionics, an innovative technology company providing industry-leading avionics solutions for Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS), has declared that the company received a $12 million investment from Due West Partners, a Seattle-based private investment firm. The funding will allow Sagetech's product roadmap, notably, UAS Detect and Avoid (DAA) capability and other associated technologies, to be accelerated. The transaction's terms were not disclosed.

Sagetech Avionics offers the most advanced technological core for type certifiable detect and avoid systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Sagetech will use this funding to expand its Engineering and Go-To-Market teams in order to meet the growing demand for DAA and other situational awareness solutions around the world.
