The first hangar can hold up to six single-aisle planes or two wide-body planes, while the second hangar can hold up to two A320 planes for significant maintenance checks at any given time. It also has Malaysia's first eco-friendly closed-door dedicated single-aisle paint bay and state-of-the-art facilities for the repair and refurbishment of a wide range of aircraft components.

As the Airbus FHS Authorized Bonded warehouse / logistic centre for the South East Asian region, SAE’s warehouse possesses latest warehouse support system, services and support system round the clock, throughout the year and also responds to AOG situation promptly. The company’s is in compliance with applicable quality standards whereby temperature and humidity are tracked and controlled.

Apart from commercial aircraft, SAE supports the Royal Malaysian Air Force's fleet of A400M military airlifters with spare parts and technical assistance. For airlines that have selected the Airbus Flight Hour Services (FHS) entire support package for their fleets, the facility also holds a large regional inventory of spare parts for Airbus single-aisle and wide-body aircraft.
