Established in 2013, TEC Solutions is the brainchild of three visionaries—Aaron Esposita, Rob Cowan, and Matthew Tallent—who shared the same vision to provide unrivaled advisory support to advanced R&D projects. Having worked in the aerospace and defense (A&D) industry for many years, they noted how the inefficiencies in conventional R&D consulting practices were weighing down clients’ critical operations. The trio set out to build a better way to mitigate these challenges and add value to customers’ R&D programs by leveraging their expertise in supporting A&D projects.

Today, TEC Solutions serves as a leader in the R&D advisory space that works directly with multiple government clients, supporting a myriad of highly critical missions. This includes, but not limited to, providing technical expertise in hypersonic flight and advanced aerospace platforms, propulsion system design and integration, and flight demonstrations and testing. The company also has in-depth expertise in next-gen surface and undersea warfare systems, ground vehicle and dismounted soldier technologies, robotics, and remote sensing.

The company has been working on several DARPA projects for almost a decade, helping address their day-to-day challenges and achieve desired project outcomes.
