LATAM Receives Specialized Satellite Services from neXat and Servicio Satelital

neXat provides LATAM with specialized satellite services through cooperation with Servicio Satelital.

FREMONT, CA: “The demand for the highest quality connectivity continues to increase within the Latin America region, as population rises and the market grows,” says Eduardo Lema, Chairman at Servicio Satelital. A new agreement between satellite services business neXat and Argentina-based connectivity provider Servicio Satelital S.A. will enable satellite internet service providers throughout Latin America to better manage their networks and clients.

“By working with neXat, we aim to grow our clientele and keep our current customers happy with the most up-to-date and advanced services, as well as gaining coverage and awareness in areas we have not yet reached,” adds Lema.

Using the Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solution of neXat, Servicio Satelital, which provides satellite connectivity worldwide, will be able to offer robust, satellite-specific OSS/BBS solutions to its customers.

The PaaS managed service, which also consists of a Business Management Portal and an eMarketplace, enables teleport operators to extend the capabilities of their hubs. Independent of their teleports hub technology, operators can provide any service to their clientele safely and securely.

The partnership will provide neXat access to ARSAT and Intelsat-based services in South America. neXat will give a path to broader global reach for Servicio Satelital due to neXat's continuously expanding global coverage.
